Schedules
The selection of every interior and exterior element. From doors, lights and tapware through to paint, glass, stone and hinges. Every item, every size, every interface, without exception.

Specification
We go beyond selecting items, but prescribe their installation, pertormance, craftsmanship expectations, technical and quality requirements.

Cost Control
Through all phases we monitor project costs and budgets using our internal systems, and external advice from a range of industry partners, builders and consultants.

We undertake extensive outreach combined with our panel of trusted builders to pair the right builders with the right projects.

Selection
Through competitive and transparent procurement process we evaluate, recommend, and nominate the preferred builder that has the necessary experience, capability and project alignment to bring the design to life.

Engagement
We assist our clients through contract negotiations, coordinating independent legal advice where needed and ensuring terms are fair, equitable and balanced to all parties.

We see builders as project partners, key to project success and an integral part of the team. Our ethos of collaboration, respect and care follows right through until completion.

Agent
We act on your behalf, overseeing the day-to-day and representing your interests throughout the build.

Accountability
We build strong working relationships with builders, trades and suppliers. Whilst it is their role to deliver the works, we ensure it is undertaken to the approved drawings, specifications, contract terms and quality.

Administration
Our team attends site regularly, inspects the works, responds to queries, reviews shop drawings and assesses progress claims.

Completion and Keys
With the main works complete, we oversee the final walkthroughs, rectification of any minor defects, conclusion of final contract matters.
Once all said and done, we will personally hand you the keys.

Post Occupancy
We prepare a complete manual for your home including warranties, maintenance and instructions.
